In its quest to be designated as LEED Gold, the Wrigley Building embarked on extensive renovations requiring asbestos and lead abatement, as well as other upgrades and improvements. Jensen performed project management for 26 floors in the north and south tower.

 

In order to perform asbestos and lead work and manage existing environmental materials in conjunction with building operations, Jensen developed an Operations and Management (O&M) Plan for the Wrigley Building.

 

By using off-hours work schedules, type 'A' barriers, innovative work practices and informative tenant meetings, the project was a huge success. The Wrigley Building received their LEED Gold Status in 2010.
